my period was supposed to show up on oct 9th but it came on the 13th of oct.
i've been having light cramps since this morning and a few hours ago i saw cervical mucus, kinda like egg yolk-y, gooey and stretchy.

Answer:Okay, firstly, calculations aern't always correct and our body doesn't go with a calendar. It just goes with natural conditions. It's not exactly 28 days between each period, that is just an approximation. It's okay to be a few days late.
Secondly, yes that's called ovulation. If you are unsure about it, and want more information, you could probably go to a doctor or ask your mum about it (i'm sure she knows).
