I lost 6 pounds in 2 days?

I got my nose broke and my teeth chiped, so I didn't eat much for 2 days, I weighed myself it says i weigh 141-142 and last week i weighed like 48, I have no fat really all muscle, how am I suppose to gain 6 pounds of muscle fast :s, Its going to take me at least 2 months! HELP


Answer:Lots of protein and healthy carbs eg. steamed or baked potatoes/pumpkin, veal, salmon, tuna, chicken. Also, eat at night (after 8pm) because that's when your body's metabolism starts slowing down which means= weight gain.

Or do what my brother did (and which I don't recommend because your cholesterol will go through the roof)…eat like 3 krispy cremes a day for a week. There's like three days daily intake of fat in one krispy creme or something horrible like that :D
